To ensure a seamless and restful experience at Flor Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, please review our booking and cancellation guidelines prior to securing your time with us. We kindly invite you to register through our patient portal, which allows you to easily manage your appointments.

Booking & Payment

• Securing Your Appointment: A £30 deposit is required at the time of booking, which is fully redeemable against your final consultation fee.

• Seamless Checkout: The remaining balance will be debited directly from your account prior to your session, ensuring our time together is entirely focused on your care. Please note that appointments cannot commence until the full payment has been successfully received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Over 48 hours’ notice: We gladly accommodate cancellations or rescheduling without penalty, and your deposit remains fully refundable.

• 24 to 48 hours’ notice: Alterations within this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the full self-pay appointment rate.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice (or non-attendance): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the full self-pay appointment rate.

A Note on Unpredictability

While the initial £30 deposit is non-refundable for changes made within 48 hours of your appointment, we provide expert, compassionate care for every stage of motherhood and deeply understand that life with small children rarely goes exactly to plan. If you experience a sudden, unavoidable change in circumstances, please reach out and speak with us directly. We always strive to approach our patients' realities with understanding and flexibility whenever possible.
