What’s Included:
6 x 45-Minute Specialist Sessions: A curated progression from core reconnection to impact readiness, following the "Return to Running" global guidelines.
Physio-Led: Small group environment (max 6 mums) to ensure personalized pelvic health guidance and safe loading.
Baby-Inclusive: Your little one is warmly welcomed on the mat with you.
The 6 classes consist of:
Week 1: The Rooted Breath – Reconnecting with your breathing and pelvic floor education to master pressure management and deep core activation.
Week 2: The Inner Anchor – Understanding the concept of control via building pelvic floor endurance and transverse abdominis stability to support your pelvic ring.
Week 3: The Power Base – Strengthening the body with targeted areas.
Week 4: The Kinetic Link – Developing single-leg stability and balance to master the mechanics of walking and high impact.
Week 5: The Load Tolerance – Introducing low-level impact and to test your pelvic floor’s readiness for force.
Week 6: The Forward Motion – Graduating to dynamic movement patterns with a clear, physio-led roadmap for your return to the road.
